Phase 1: Corporate Skilling
Intensive, mentor-led Industrial Training focused on enterprise technology stacks, industry best
practices, and real-world software development.
Format: 6-hour daily commitment (3 hours theory + 3 hours practical labs).
Phase 2: Live Project Internship
Begin your internship by working on live internal and client projects, gaining practical industry
experience through real-world deployment environments.
Benefit: Earn a guaranteed stipend while gaining production experience.
Phase 3: Permanent Acquisition
The top three performers from every training cohort are offered permanent employment opportunities at Elrics based on their performance during the internship.

One-time investment for 6 months of elite corporate training and infrastructure access.
- Option 1: Full Payment Upfront.
- Option 2: Two Installments (Rs. 33,000 before joining + Rs. 30,000 before the 31st day).
The Internship Stipend
During the 4-month internship phase (Months 3-6), interns receive a guaranteed stipend of Rs. 7,500/- per month.
- Total stipend earned = Rs. 30,000.
- Payout: The stipend is credited on the 5th working day of every month during the internship period.
