A powerful step towards community connectivity and digital transformation — bringing local governance closer to the people.
Team, yesterday is still with me, even today.
Sitting together and making the Pookkalam, laughing through the games, sharing that huge sadhya on a banana leaf, it didn't feel like just another office event to me. It felt like a family sitting down together after a long time. And when Bilas sir spoke about love and brotherhood, it really hit something inside. Because if we think honestly about it, those aren't things we should only feel once a year during one festival. Love, unity, brotherhood, these are things we deserve to feel every single one of the 365 days we spend together, not just on a celebration day.
Let me take you back to that Pookkalam we made. If you look closely, every single flower in it was different. Different colour, different size, different shape, some fully bloomed, some still small. On its own, even one flower had its own beauty, no doubt. But the moment we placed all of them together, petal by petal, side by side, it turned into something completely different. It became something so beautiful that people couldn't just walk past it. They stopped, they bent down, they took photos and selfies next to it. Nobody stops to click a picture of just one flower lying alone. But a Pookkalam made of hundreds of different flowers, arranged with patience and care, becomes something unforgettable.
That is exactly what we are at Elrics too. Every single one of us is our own flower. We each bring our own skills, our own way of thinking, our own quirks, our own strengths and weaknesses. Alone, each of us is already good at what we do. But when all of that gets placed together, when we support each other and work side by side instead of separately, we don't just become a good office. We become something people notice, something people are drawn to, something people want to be a part of. Just like nobody clicks a photo of one flower, but everybody wants a photo with the full Pookkalam.
And did you all notice something else yesterday? Every single one of you looked more beautiful than on any other normal day. Right? Why did that happen? Because you prepared. You spent time thinking about which dress to wear, how to style your hair, you took time for your makeup, you wore your sari, your mundu, with care and pride. Nobody just walked in like a regular Monday. That extra beauty we all saw yesterday did not come by accident, it came from preparation. And that is such a simple but powerful lesson for us. If we bring that same spirit of preparation into our everyday work at Elrics, if we prepare well before our tasks, our meetings, our deliverables, our work itself will become more beautiful and more productive too. Beauty and quality are never accidents, they always come from the care we put in before we even begin.
Let's think about the sadhya we had yesterday too. On a regular working day, do we ever eat that many curries together in one meal? Almost never. But on that banana leaf, every single curry had its own place and its own purpose. The sharkara varatti, the sambar, the avial, the pachadi, each one was different in taste, but if even one of them was missing, the sadhya would have felt incomplete. It is the exact same with us at Elrics. It only becomes a true sadhya, a truly complete and fulfilling place, when every single one of us shows up, plays our part sincerely, and adds our own unique flavour to what we are building here together. Nobody is extra, and nobody is less important. Every role matters, just like every curry on that leaf mattered.
Here is something interesting too. Onam is supposed to be a bright, sunny season. But this year, we have had nothing except heavy rains and weather alerts almost every single day. And yet, when the day came, none of that mattered to us. We got together, we celebrated with full heart, rain or no rain. If you think about it, that is exactly how our work life is as well. There will always be sudden project pressures, unexpected problems, deadlines that feel like storms, days that test our patience. But if we keep our focus on each other and on where we are headed together as a team, those temporary storms stop having the power to decide our mood or our direction. We simply keep our eyes on Elrics, and we keep walking forward, rain or shine.
And let us be honest with each other too. Was yesterday's celebration the best celebration in the world? Not really. We had our own small gaps, our own little chaos, things that could have been planned better. But even with all of that, we still enjoyed every single moment of it together, because we were together. And next time, we will simply learn from those gaps and make it even better. This is exactly how it is with Elrics as a workplace too. We may have our own limitations right now, things that are not perfect yet. But if we do not sit and fixate only on those flaws, and instead choose to focus on the good that already exists here, we can genuinely make our everyday work life enjoyable and memorable, while still quietly working on improving ourselves, one day at a time.
Let's think about King Mahabali for a moment, because this is the part that really stayed with me. How many of us actually saw Mahabali with our own eyes? None of us. We were not even born during that time. We have no memory of him, no photo, no video, nothing personal to hold on to. And yet, generation after generation, year after year, we still remember him, we still celebrate him, we still tell his story to others. Why? Because he did not live for his own name or his own empire. He lived and worked for the wellbeing of others, and that one quality was powerful enough to cross hundreds of years and still reach us today.
That is such a big lesson for us here at Elrics too. We may feel like our individual contribution is small, or that nobody will remember what we did on a random Tuesday at work. But if even one of us does something wholeheartedly, sacrifices a little extra time or effort, and stays truly committed to Elrics with the right intention, that effort does not just disappear. Maybe years later, someone who joins after us, someone who was not even here to see it happen, will still talk about it, will still feel its effect, without even knowing our face. Just like we celebrate Mahabali without ever having seen him. That is the kind of legacy that quiet, sincere, selfless work can leave behind.
Wishing each one of you and your families a peaceful, happy, and meaningful Onam period. Let us carry this same spirit forward, not just for a festival, but in everything we do here at Elrics, every single day.

Honoring Our Heritage, Shaping Our Future
On August 15, 2026, Elrics High-End Corporate Solutions came together to celebrate India's Independence Day with enthusiasm, pride, and national fervor. The occasion served as a powerful reminder of the courage, vision, and sacrifice of those who fought to build a free and sovereign nation.
For the Elrics team, the day was not only an opportunity to honor India’s rich history, but also a moment to reflect on our collective responsibility as technologists and innovators contributing to the country's growing digital economy.
A Historic Milestone: Our Very First Independence Day Celebration
This year’s event carried special significance across the organization, marking Elrics' first-ever Independence Day celebration.
As a growing corporate entity, holding our inaugural Independence Day gathering represents a major milestone in our company culture. The event brought together leadership, engineering teams, and staff to establish a tradition of unity, shared purpose, and commitment to excellence.
Highlights of the Day: Sharing Memories & Moments of Nostalgia
The workspace was decorated in vibrant tricolor themes, setting an uplifting and reflective tone for the day's activities:
National Anthem & Flag Salutation: The celebration commenced with a formal gathering where the team stood together to honor the national flag and sing the National Anthem.
Personal Reflections & Childhood Memories: In an interactive session, team members shared their cherished memories of celebrating Independence Day—recalling school flag-hoisting ceremonies, childhood parades, cultural performances, and family traditions.
Keynote Message: Freedom, Discipline, and the Elrics Growth Journey
Adding profound depth to the celebration, Project Manager Mr. Deljith Gervasis George delivered a thought-provoking message connecting the historical significance of Independence Day and the sacred occasion of the Feast of the Assumption (celebrated on the same day) to the organizational journey of Elrics.
In his address, he emphasized that true greatness, whether national freedom or organizational growth, is never built overnight:
"Neither independence nor the Feast of the Assumption happened in a single moment. Both were built over years of quiet stories, persistence, and endurance.
Independence reminds us that real freedom isn't about having no rules—it comes with responsibility, earned through struggle and sacrifice. Similarly, the Feast of the Assumption teaches us the power of obedience and trust, even when we don't fully see the bigger picture at the time.
The process may be painful or full of uncertainty, but when the result comes, it makes the entire world proud. For us at Elrics, our growth depends on sticking to our shared rules, processes, and guidance. If we move together with one focused mind and push through small struggles together, one day we will make the entire world proud of Elrics and proud of every person who built it."
— Mr. Deljith Gervasis George, Project Manager
He concluded by extending warm wishes to all team members celebrating Independence Day and the Feast of the Assumption with their families.
Driving Innovation with National Pride
Freedom and progress go hand in hand. At Elrics, our journey is guided by the core belief that technology can be a catalyst for positive change—empowering businesses, creating employment opportunities, and showcasing technical talent on a global stage.
